Kate Wilhelmi

Kate Wilhelmi / Home Inspector

Home Inspector Lic. #24GI00186200
Radon Certification #MET14071
ASHI Certified Inspector #267257
Monroe Certified Residential Thermographer #20201222014
NJ NACHI Board Member

Kate first picked up a power tool when she was in high school. She built sets for plays and her own furniture. In 2003 Kate received her undergraduate degree in communications from the University of New Orleans and in 2006 she graduated from Drexel University with a master’s degree in technical communication. After years of working in an office, she decided to get out from behind a desk and start a handy-person business helping people repair, maintain, and improve their homes. Becoming a home inspector was the natural next step.

If there’s one thing Kate wants her clients to walk away with, it’s knowledge. Her home inspection report is more than a bargaining tool in a real estate transaction. It’s a lesson book full of useful information.

In her spare time Kate can be found making improvements to her own house, reading a good book, or attending her daughter’s gymnastics meets.
